Our long ride takes place on Sunday mornings at 9.00am. We start at Melbourn Sports Centre and ride from 1-3 hours. We aim to offer 2 or 3 groups covering different speeds/distances.  If you arrive on a Sunday and would like to do a different distance or speed to the main rides don’t feel afraid to offer to navigate a ride at your chosen speed/distance. This is a free session. NO HELMET, NO RIDE
