Date and Time: MONDAY’S 6.00pm prompt to 7.30pm.
You are required to book and pay prior to attending this session and is open to MTC members only. Payment is by Paypal (although you do not need a Paypal account to make payment).
All participants must be able to swim a minimum of 800m non-stop front crawl or breaststroke and be comfortable in the water in order to attend the session. If you haven’t any OW experience please inform us before you attend.
