Turbo Sessions 2016-2017

For those of you wanting to maintain, or possibly improve, your bike fitness over the winter, Rachael is offering triathlon-specific turbo training sessions. Just come along with your own bike, a turbo trainer, towel and plenty of water!

Sessions will run at Barrington Village Hall 19.30-20.30hrs on the following Wednesday’s :

  • October 12th and 26th
  • November 2nd, 9th, 23rd and 30th 
  • December 7th
  • January 11th and 25th
  • February 1st, 8th and 22nd
  • March 1st, 8th and 22nd


Meridian Triathlon Club members: £5 per session or £60 for all 15 sessions

Non-club members: £6 per session
